Dr. Lyn Fitzpatrick, DDS
Dr. Lyn Fitzpatrick grew up in Halifax and attended Dalhousie University where she graduated with an Honours degree in Biology, a Masters degree in Microbiology and Immunology, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery. Following graduation, Dr. Fitzpatrick briefly practiced in Falmouth, NS but soon established her clinic in Lower Sackville. During her 22+ years as a dentist in Lower Sackville, she has lectured in the field of dentistry across Canada for the Canadian Dental Association as well as taught clinically in the faculty of dentistry at Dalhousie University. When not pursuing her passion for dentistry, Lyn enjoys gardening and DYI home renovations with her partner Dan.
Becky Pettipas, Registered Dental Assistant
Raised in Elmsdale, NS, Becky received her dental assisting diploma in 2018. Becky works closely alongside Dr. Fitzpatrick — they truly make a great team! In her spare time, she enjoys diving into her creative side creating watercolour paintings and sewing as well as spending time with her husband Ryan and their dog Blue.
Jessica Ahern - Registered Dental Hygienist
After successfully completing the dental hygiene program at Oulton College, Jessica immediately began her career with us at Sackville Smile Centre. She takes pride in her work and building a strong rapport with patients. In her free time she enjoys staying active playing soccer, trying new foods with her husband Cam, and being outside with her dog, Jersey.
Jen Maxwell - Registered Dental Hygienist
Graduating from Dalhousie University with her diploma in dental hygiene, Jen is excited to join our team! She values the importance of educating children on good oral hygiene habits at an early age. On her days off she enjoys spending time with her husband Jacob, her son Nathan, and their dog Honey.

Lynda Douglas - Office Manager and Receptionist
Lynda has been an important member of our team for over 15 years. She has a passion for helping others and ensures you will have a positive experience upon entering our office. Her organization and attention to detail helps everything run smoothly for you and us as an office. In her time off, Lynda enjoys spending time with her daughter Kayla and watching the hockey.
Tracey Cox- Receptionist
We are happy to introduce our newest member of our team, Tracey! She joins us with 3 years experience as a dental receptionist and excels in client care. Tracey is a proud mom of two daughters, enjoys an active lifestyle - spending time kayaking, hiking, and long distance running. We will be cheering Tracey on as she trains for her next marathon.
